Has the formula or packaging been modified recently to fix issues? This used to be my favorite liner and the ONLY one that will actually stay put on my eyelids, but then the formula began drying out super quickly. The last one I received was so dried out on receipt that it looked worse than my old one that I was trying to replace. I'd love to buy this liner again but I'm afraid to because I have no Ulta stores nearby.

I bought this eyeliner a week ago and sad to say it's horrible. It tests great on the hands but once you place that on your lid. That remarkable glide is no more. The store i bought it from doesn't do returns for open items and smashbox won't accept it. My opinion, don't buy it try a cheaper brand, maybe it wont hurt the pockets much.
Great product not sure why it's getting bad reviews
This is a really good eyeliner and I am not sure why it's getting bad reviews. I use an eye primer for under my eyeshadow though and don't have oily skin so that may be an issue they are having. But because I use a primer it stays on all day for me and doesn't budge, smear, crease, or flake.
The only eyeliner that stays sharp all day

I see people mentioning the watery texture. It does start off a bit watery and gray the first few times you use it, but once it settles in it's AMAZING. Something to do with the liquid on top maybe? I wear it every day. 12+ hour days. Wings are SHARP my guys. Pls never stop selling it.
My Go To Eyeliner
This eyeliner has been my go to for years. I havent found anything that can compare to it. It doesnt smear or run at the corner of my eyes and the color doesnt fade.
When you just need it to work, no matter what
I use this liner in the dance competition makeup I apply for my daughter. It has yet to fail me. The liner is so easy to apply, it lasts all day through sweaty warm ups and rehearsals, but manages to look amazing on stage. This is a reliable, great performing staple product for me.
