I thought i had found a shampoo that works with my thick frozzy hair NOPE leaves thick oily residue on the tips of my hair and it makes it look like its nit washed leaves hair flat. Not switching from Kristin Ess hair care AGAIN !!

I have 2b/c hair that is very prone to dryness. This shampoo cleanses my hair gently and leaves it moisturized afterwards. Definitely reccommend using a clarifying shampoo every few weeks to clear buildup though.

This shampoo leaves my hair very soft. I am not used to shampoos leaving my hair so soft....I love this! It smells awesome as well. The only thing is that the pump is a little too small -I wish it was more user-friendly, but other than that, this has replaced my previous shampoo, and I will definitely use this moving forward into the foreseeable future.
