Use an eye primer to like e.l.f.'s Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer (sold separately) to prep your eyelids for application.
Apply powder eyeshadow to each lid using an eyeshadow brush.

These are super cute, great for a small travel kit, and good for the price. I found the metallics to really be super pigmented and beautiful, but the mattes were very shear. Rose Water and Total Smokeshow
I bought Rose Water and Total Smokeshow, and I'm blown away by the quality. Very pigmented, creamy, blendable, no fallout. I love Rose Water more than ND Mini Rose palette! Amazing bang for your buck. I'm going to get the rest of the colors.

Pretty good!
This eyeshadow palette has very soft formulas; the matte shade is not chalky, it feels soft and higher end. All of the colors seem true to pan shade except the darker color. It swatches dark but applies so light - it's not really buildable.
