This might be The One
I have been searching for YEARS to find a mascara that doesn't clump, doesn't flake, and doesn't smudge. This stuff, finally, ticks all the boxes. Normally I have to spend at least 5 minutes combing clumps out and separating my extremely fine lashes, this goes on super smooth without clumping or making my lashes stick together. I also usually have an issue with mascaras flaking or smudging due to my allergies and/or oily lids and this stuff lasted through a cold windy day that was whipping constant tears into my eyes and into the next one (I promise I usually take my makeup off at night, this was a deliberate test). For all my fellow oily lid people, I found that applying some kind of lid primer, doesn't matter much but I use Milani at the moment, then setting it with an oil control/mattifying powder keeps the oil at bay without over-drying the area.

I wasn't sure about this one but it was on sale so try it and I absolutely love it made my eyelash nice and long and dramatic
Good length and curl but smudges
It gives length and holds the curl for hours on my short, straight lashes . However it does smudge. I do have oily eyelids and most mascaras smudge for me. Typically tubing mascaras like Thrive and Tarte work well for me, as well as Mac gigalash.
Really like the formula that wears well on my lashes
If you have oily skin the mascara will hold up for 12 hours without breaking down
