I wouldn't buy it if you've fine hair
I liked the shine that it gave to my hair but my hair couldn't stay cleaner than one day. My hair is very fine so the shampoo because it is very moisturizing would make my hair look flat. Definitely beautiful shine but nothing that you can't get with other high end shampoos that are a little cheaper...

Hair Type Straight Hair
This shampoo and conditioner works so well in my hair. It lathers up so nice and conditions so well that my hair is not frizzy just clean and healthy looking.
Surprised me with softness and manageability
I've had my hair in a bun for over a year because I was too embarrassed to get it cut in it's current condition. Yet the more I kept it in the bun the worse my hair becamw. I'm also now in my late 30s so my hair isn't want it was in my 20s. It became dry, broken, knotted. Before Caviar I tried several leave in conditioners and detanglers in hopes it get it normal enough for a salon service. Also I am not a stranger to salon brands but it all failed me. This shampoo and conditioner set finally got me to a place where I could comb through, left it soft and straight after 2 washes - enough to build my confidence to get back to a salon.
The 8.5 fl oz bottle is not accessible
FYI - if you have a physical disability with your hands or issues with dexterity, then you will not be able to get all of the product out of the 8.5 fl oz bottles. I work in accessibility, but I do not have a motor disability. Even without a motor disability, I had an extremely hard time getting out the product. I would squeeze the bottles so hard and my hands would literally hurt from trying to get the product out. The cost of the small bottle does not help either. There was still over 2 ounces of product left in the bottles which is way too much to have left out of the 8.5 oz bottles. You're better off with a more accessible and less expensive option!
Color extender
Nothing makes my hair color last longer than this shampoo and matching conditioner. After I permed my hair (and caused a lot of damage), this is my favorite duo for making my hair manageable and feel less damaged. However, my face is extremely breakout prone and even though I avoid getting it on my face, this shampoo does give me a little breakouts. I mostly just use the conditioner with a different shampoo and avoid my roots so this is less of a problem. Before I permed, I had straight/fine/limp hair and I felt this shampoo weighed down my hair but I loved how it kept my color so I would mix it with a different shampoo in my palm - it would still slow down my color fade (but not as great as using just alterna). Overall I love this shampoo, especially now that I have colored and permed hair, but wish it didnt break me out.
Lost so much hair
For reference, i have frizzy hair that benefits from hydrating products and products that add keratin. This seemed promising but made my scalp itchy and my hair felt stiff and straw-like. I thought it just took some adjustment so i used it for a month but i havent stopped losing clumps of hair with every wash. My hair is noticeably thinner. DO NOT BUY.
