Poor quality!
I have loved this brand of brushes for a while now- always using the bamboo style. I "upgraded" to this one thinking it would be even better quality and i was wrong. The tips on the bristles came off within a few uses. Its now so scratchy on my scalp that I can't use it. Waste of money.

The durability is a joke
Great Brush
This is the best brush I've used and im picky! Does damage ir break hair and it helps with fly aways.
Bad product even worse customer care
Mine fell apart as the pictures show with the tips coming off the bristles after a short while. I called an emailed the company five times. My emails went completely unanswered though the person who answered the phone said she would look into it and I never got a call back from her either. With the cost of this brush, I'd seek another brand, the customer support is terrible and it will fall apart
