Thick cream to hydrate the skin
I would consider this a cream since it has a thicker consistency than your typical moisturizer/lotion but it hydrates your skin very well. I like it has two types of product with or without SPF so you can buy them both or just get the one you'd use in either your a.m. or p.m. skincare routine more since it may seem a little pricey.

I bought this products and after about 5 days of use i can tell i'm allergic to something in it. My skin started getting red-ish a few days ago and now feels chapped. someone commented today that my skin looked a little blochy and sunburned. great. i am usually fine with neutrogena products. I read ingredient labels carefully because i have some skin sensitivities. no idea what's causing my reaction. nothing on my normal "list" is in there. I'll have to toss the remainder of the product and wait 7-10 days for this chapped skin to go away (that's the usual course for me).

This product made my skin burn itch and dry it out and made me look like i had more wrinkles. Will never use again. trying to get my skin back to the previous state. I normally like most products by neutrogena. So sorry but this product is not for me with normal to dry skin

I would like to preface by saying that I ten to have very sensitive skin. As much as i wanted to like it, especially with the retinol formula, it made me break out, not too crazy but enough to notice a difference. I would still recommend it to anyone who is looking for a moisturizer as it doesn't have a bothersome smell and the formula seems great for a drugstore brand

I've been using Neutrogena Collagen Bank Moisturizer for about two weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed! The lightweight formula absorbs super quickly and there is little scent. There is no greasy feeling some moisturizers leave behind. I really like that it's fragrance-free and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. My skin has been very dry this winter and with the use of this product I have been able to moisturize my skin again.
