Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner.

Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.

Leaves your hair feeling silky
I was afraid it would damage my hair but it definitely took out the orange and hair is shiny and i would dare say conditioned !
works great if used correctly
I'm naturally a level 3 (black-brown) lightened to a level 8 or 9 but was very yellow. I toned with shade T86 for 20 minutes and it completely eliminated my yellow tones and left it a cool toned blonde. if your hair is any darker than a level 8 (like a dark blonde) this is not gonna do anything for you, you need to be a light blonde or platinum for this to do anything. it's described as a lilac toner and if you're a platinum blonde this might actually make it look lilac or silver but if not it'll just tone out any yellow tones which still looks great
Didn't work for me sadly
I tried each of these toners. None of them worked for me. I had better results with a permanent toning option. There was no change at all. A complete change safe of time and $. My hair is wavy and beginning to grow out grey 45%. I have bleached it over the course of a year to a level 9/10. It should work. Best of luck. I'm not discouraging you from trying it, but I didn't see any result. I hope you do. Take care!
My Go To Toner
I love love love the radiant lilac, it take the brass/yellow right out of my hair and leaves a very subtle purple platinum. I use equal parts 10 and 20 developer with the toner because why not.
No change
It didn't do anything to neutralize brassiness, would not repurchase. waste of $ and time unfortunately. It was still yellow when I rinsed out after 25 minutes.
