Pro Tips |
File in one direction to help prevent splitting. Adjust the length and shape of your nails by filing with the coarse, brown side of the emery board. Then, to make those edges extra smooth, use the beige side of the emery board. |
Before pushing back your cuticles, be sure to soften them by soaking in warm, soapy water or by saturating them with Revlon Essential Cuticle Oil. |
Brush a thin coat of the polish over each bare nail. Wait at least 2 minutes, then apply a second coat of color. |
To finish, swipe one coat of the ColorStay Gel Envy Diamond Top Coat over nails to lock in color and maximize shine. |

These work okay however if you have fairly strong nails they won't last much longer than a single nail. When my nails are very brittle they work just fine. They are small enough to fit in a small handbag if needed and I definitely would recommend it for a quick fix, but not full blown mani. They are...

I keep a pack of these upstairs and a pack downstairs because I am always filling and shaping my nails so I keep some handy so I don't have to worry about trying to find one. They are perfect for me and my nails. Just the right amount of grit to file burrs I get on the edges of my nails to leave them looking smooth and natural.

(Not my picture) These nail files are some of the best nail files that you can get for cheap and they last a decently long time! Their two sides make them very versatile, I do gel extensions on myself and these are the only files I use! I so recommend!!
