The description says daily shampoo, but do I have to use it daily?

There are a lot of factors that affect whether or not you wash your curly hair that day, like weather, products, and free time. Our recommendation is to listen to your curls. But don't overdo it! A good shampoo
I received this bottle of Not Your Mother's Curl Talk curl care shampoo about 4 days Ago. I like how creamy it is. I enjoyed shampooing my hair with it. My hair rinsed Well. Also was fresh smelling and clean. I recommend this Quality Curl Talk curl Care shampoo.

Too drying for every wash use
Used both shampoo n conditioner. Completely stripped the oil out of my hair leaving it very dry and lacking moisture. Since switching to redken all soft my hair has been noticeably much better. My hair is about a 3a patter or slightly more wavy than that for reference. Wouldn't recommend following the recommended frequency of use for this product. I wash my hair 2 times a week and the product is too drying. This is the only shampoo n conditioner i used at the time.
