Hair Type Wavy Hair
I use this on my towel-dried hair to help form my curls, but I also use it for slickbacks! It's better for my hair than gel, and slicks down my flyaways without making my hair crunchy!
Frizz Ball - 3C/4A hair
I really wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, my hair doesn't react well to other Curl Talk items because of the protein content. I decided to give this cream a shot, but it didn't work out. It separated when I used it with my gel, so I washed it out and tried a different combination—but it still felt like I had nothing in my hair. After diffusing, my hair ended up super dry and just a frizzy mess.

I really liked using this. Super lightweight and smooth in texture, not too creamy. No harsh chemical smell, no fragrance at all actually, and it spread through my hair easily and felt soft and non-greasy. Unfortunately, it isn't enough alone to maintain my curls so I pair it with a leave-in condition which works like a charm!
Somehow promoted frizz
I'm not one to write reviews but I felt it was my duty to report to my curl community the travesty that is this product. my hair is pretty easy going, I can use most curl prod and get good results. I was excited for a scent free curl cream! so of course I grabbed this. I have used it four times, and I swear it separates my hairs into frizz long before it even dries. For reference - my current routine is to do a small amount of serum, then curl cream, define using the bounce curl brush and then diffuse. I can see something is up with this product at the bounce curl brush stage. the little ribbons are difficult to get smooth, and once they dry? only a few survive. this last time I used way more product than I normally would to see if it helped, it did not. I'm not sure what happened in the formulation after removing the scent, but I'm curious if anyone else experiences this.

Easy to use packaging. There is a slight scent but not strong. The texture of the cream blends easily into hair. It keeps its hold all day and works pretty well.
