Using essence Dip Eyeliner, begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a thin line along your upper lash line. Repeat for a thicker line. Im old but if yall remember the silver bottle maybelline liquid liner that they discontinued this is a good dupe! I love the shorter stiffer applicator. All of the new liners have too long and soft applicators.
