Wash and completely dry hands prior to use
Place strip on upper teeth just below the gum line
Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers. Fold any excess strip behind teeth.
Repeat for lower teeth.
Allow about 15 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing necessary!
For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after treatment.

Ripped open my lip!!
This product design is awful. It's incredibly sticky on both sides so it sizzles away the interior of your mouth. It stuck weird on my lip and I attempted to adjust it. Big mistake, as it ripped off layers of flesh. No thanks, Moon.
I swear by these
No doubt the best teeth whitening product I've ever used - noticed results after a few days of use, and absolutely no sensitivity or gum issues even if used every day. You can sleep, drive to work, or run to the store with these on as they dissolve after 30~ minutes. Only downside is one size fits all for top/bottom row of teeth, but if that doesn't bother you these are AMAZING

I bought this and was really excited to try it. After two weeks, I found it didn't really whiten my teeth much. I made sure to follow all instructions, so either this product didn't work or my teeth don't whiten. It was really easy to use and I did like the minty flavor, but that's not what I bought it for.
