I bought the travel pills of this for my recent crusie to help me with bloating and such. I wasnt sure if it would work but holy cow they did. I took one or two pills everyday on my trip and it helped with bloating and digestive issues that I have, especially when it came to drinking alcohol and eatin salty foods onboard etc. Def worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who travels often.
