Apply the eyeliner as close to lashes as possible for a tight line or gradually increase and build-out a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye makeup look. Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes to create the look of a full lash line. Blend immediately after application when creating a soft or smokey look since this makeup formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly.

I have used the Drama Liqui-Pencil Dramatic Eyeliner for many months and love the way my small eyes look bigger ! It is easy to use and stays all day! I like the way it look on my bottom lashes. I am 70 years old and most people think I am 50. :)

Great pencil cannot sharpen
This is a good eyeliner, goes on smoothly. But I cannot sharpen the pencil. It will not come to a point. Breaks off and the pencil part touches your eyelid and it hurts. I put the pencil in the freezer as someone suggested but that didn't help either. I paid 26.00 for a pencil I cannot use

I have been a Lacome costumer since I was in my 20's ...I'm 66 and still use lancome products, such as the toner's, mascara and eyeliners The eyeliner kohl pencil Black Lapis has been discontinued however, this pencil I love. I like it's metallic color and it last all day long. 😌
This pencil is garbage
This eye pencil is absolutely garbage. Please save your money and don't buy this. I've been using black eyeliner everyday for years and decided to give this a try. But nope this is the worst. It's very pigmented but super hard to apply and didn't go on smoothly so on my lash line I would have areas that were bare and then areas where it applied too thick. Again I've been applying eyeliner everyday for years so I know how to do my makeup. What finally made me throw this in the garbage is that after just a little over one week of use the pencil wouldn't sharpen anymore. I tried twisting the bottom and nothing. I eventually ended up using a sharpener on it and it ruined it. Don't buy this!

This is actually a good product, but when you sharpen it, it wastes the product in your sharpener… And yes, my sharpener is sharp. It's not like sharpening a wood pencil where it's easily sharpened good pointy tip. The casing is more of a hard plastic, that does not sharpen easily!!! Unless it has changed, I will not purchase again.
