Causes Hair Loss and Damage

I never leave reviews, but I want others to be aware. This shampoo/conditioner caused my hair to fall out in clumps in the shower. I noticed the strands look like I straight fried them, which I don't even color my hair. I'm not sure if it has to do with high/low porosity hair, but it did not work for me. I am so disappointed because my hair was thick and healthy prior to using this product. You can find more information on Reddit regarding this matter.
Allergic reaction
I had high hopes for this shampoo, but I had a reaction and my scalp was itchy. I wish I could say It was something else but it was not. I am not sure what caused the itchiness but after I stopped using it my scalp is back to normal.
Build Up
Sadly this product leaves a lot of build up on my scalp. It made me have to wash my hair more often and made me feel very oily

I haven't used a "cheap" shampoo in decades; however, I was tired of spending so much money and not seeing the justification and overspending. I also got tired of reading so many reviews on literally every single brand that Ulta carries and someone will say it causes hair loss. It really is ridiculous. This shampoo worked wonders on my bleached and damaged hair, and I would suggest to try it out and see if it works for you.
Great slip- easy detangling
I love this shampoo and conditioner combo. I can't understand why its so reasonably priced. I have damaged, porous, and bleached hair and it works wonderfully when combing out. The shine is incredible!
