The packaging is what makes it bad for me
I come into this review writing it as one of the biggest Ariana fans out there. I love and have used so so many of her other rem beauty products but this one is just not it. While yes, it is definitley not worth the price for what you are getting, that is not my issue: the packaging is. It looks so pretty and chic and space like but it is a twist top which I have no problem with but after a while when you try to put the lid back on and twist it, the bottom portion cracks making it unable to close. This has happened to both of the ones I have used and it makes the product dry up and unusable. I'm not someone to write reviews, but for the pretty penny I am spending, this is just not acceptable. Love you so much Ariana though!
BEST BALM EVER!
This lip balm is amazing. After having braces, my lips would always be chopped. I went through several lip balm until I found this one. It's so amazing and I love how my lips feel/look.

A couple of months after i got this lip balm the cap broke somehow & i haven't been able to get it open since :( which is such a shame considering the product is a 10/10! The packaging needs a serious change!!!
