Love the eye shadow - hate the applicator
For at least the past 20 years I've bought my favorite eye shadow from CoverGirl. I love everything about it except the eye shadow applicator falls apart within a month. It's hard to find replacement tips that will fit into the compact. Time to up the glue game!

As a working woman over age 50, it's inappropriate for me to be wearing shimmery or glittery shades to work. CG, have you forgotten about us older ladies and our need for a matte finish that will not only fill in our wrinkles but make us look good?

Disappointed with new eye shadow formula

I used covergirl eyeshadows for years, but will no longer buy it due to the new formula. The new formula is absolutely horrible. It creates flakes all over, has too much glitter in it now and also causes my eyes to get red and puffy (the old formula does not). I will not buy this again.

I have been using the Pure Romance eyeshadow for several years. I am really disappointed with the new formula. The colors are not the same and the product does not go on as smoothly. I would like to say I could switch colors, however I do not like the formula used. I understand the "new formula " is cleaner, vegan, etc. which I am all for, I just wish the color would have remained the same and the product would still have the ease to use. I am sorry but you lost me as a customer for this item.

It has nice colors but the pigmentation is ok. It does not have a stay as I will wish it would have. Packaging is practical and it's easy to carry with.

The shade of the new Eye Enhancers is different enough to make me annoyed. I've been wearing the Tapestry Taupe 760 for many years. The new color (in the new peach plastic container) claims to be the same but is definitely different! The ingredients cannot be deciphered with the peach background. Why change the colors and market the product under the same name and same UPC code? Terrible decision!!! Annoyed and disappointed.

I have been using Eye Enhancer Romance for years and loved it. However there has been a change and it is definitely for the worst. When applying it leaves dark flakes of shadow on my eyelids. I have tried new applicator, and brush applicators. I will not be purchasing any more of this product.
