Remove the FLAWLESS cap.
Slide the switch located on the side of the unit upward into the ''ON'' position.
The light will automatically turn on when the unit is ''ON''.
Gently press the head of the unit flat against your skin. The unit should not be on an angle. Proceed making small circular motions to remove unwanted hair. NOTE: It is normal for the head to become warm with use.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on irritated skin. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Exercise caution when using around eyes. Not recommended for use around eyes. Do not rinse trimmer head under water. Do not submerge unit under water. Store in a cool dry place when not in use. Do not connect battery improperly, charge, or dispose of in fire. Battery may explode or leak. Dispose of old batteries according to all applicable local regulations.

Will the hair after use be stubbly or with a little bit of hair left or does it take the hair out at the root?

It removes the hair from the top layer of you skin for smooth results. I love this tool!!
I have used this tool for years for my eyebrows. As long as you run it across the section your trying to remove hair from a few times, it works amazing. I still occasionally have to pluck some hairs that are thicker/very close to the skin, but overall this really helps me with upkeep and takes about five minutes and is painless. I also use this for my little mustache and occasionally for a few little hairs that peek out of my nose. I love it! The larger one that is for all over peach fuzz also works amazing.

I've had to stop waxing my brows and upper lip because I started getting a reaction after waxing, red, sore skin and bumps. I think it's a histamine response but it takes a couple of days for it to go away and it looks horrible. I wanted a different method for doing my brows (I use it on my upper lip too, because I do them at the same time and I don't share the tool with anyone else). This is amazing, there's just a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's so fast and easy to clean up my brows and my upper lip and best of all - no red rash afterwards!! You do have to move the tool in small circles to get the hairs. Once you get used to the movement and see how much area the tool can cover in each pass, it's a breeze. I usually only have to tweeze a couple of hairs that are missed. So glad they made this product!! The light at the tip is a nice feature too. I just wish it was rechargeable and didn't require batteries.
