Crying
The amount of hair that fell out tonight is not okay! I used the old formula for years and this new one had me in tears. I have a hair catcher for my drain and it clogged! This new formula is not to help people with fine thin hair! If you have fine thin hair don't use this!!!

Switched to Biolage brand, started with the ultra hydra, and after that bottle switch to the full dentisy. It has dried my hair out so bad and it has been more frizzy than before. I tried to exchange it and they will not. Online was no help either. I definitely should have stayed with the ultra hydra. Now I have a liter of shampoo that will be wasted.

Im not the type of person to wrote reviews, but the way this shampoo had damaged my hair… id advise that anyone whos looking yo try this shampoo, DONT! this shampoo does the complete opposite of what it advertised. My hair started falling out in CLUMPS. My hair is extremely thin and lifeless now. I had high hope ls for this shampoo and it's definitely a waste of money. Dont fall for the other reviews.
