As someone who worked at Target as a beauty retail expert for more than seven years, I am very familiar with the brand Pacifica. I've also tried multiple different facial massage tools over that time from multiple brands.As long as you have a great slip agent, like the matching Future Youth serum th...at is from the same line as this massage tool (or an oil based serum), this tool will not tug at your skin at all. Plus the motion helps your skin better absorb the serum, so you will see better results from your skincare with continued use. It is fairly heavy since the handle is also made of stainless steel like the head, so it may not be comfortable for everyone (particularly those who can't hold heavy things due to grip issues). However with the curve of the handle, I found it to be very comfortable to grip. Speaking of, I love that it is shaped for everyone regardless if their right or left hand is dominant.I adore how amazing my face feels after the use of this tool. The brand included a handy guide on what motions to make with the tool along what section of your face, and I found it to be very user friendly. Most importantly, I love how relaxed my face feels after using this tool. I often have sinus pressure issues, and sometimes can get tension headaches as a result, and I can feel immediate relief whenever I go to use this in my night time routine.This tool being made of stainless steel makes it very easy to clean, and unlike rollers made of stone, it isn't porous so it won't retain bacteria. That can happen when you don't keep your tool clean, because you are meant to use it with a slip agent like an oil based serum or moisturizer so the massager doesn't pull at your skin. As warning it does say not to use water when cleaning (so avoid running water and soap for example), but you can use a damp cloth to clean off the surface. My preferred method is using a micellar water or rubbing alcohol on a cloth or reusable cotton round to break down any product left behind in between uses.It is worth noting that if you have a medical stimulator implant like I do (mine is a nerve stimulator for chronic pain, but this also applies to people with things like a pacemaker), you should not be using an electric facial massage tool, as that can lead to medical complications and be dangerous. I know they're very trendy right now, but please know that products like this one (which has no electricity) are a fantastic and SAFE alternative that offer similar results since they come from the daily repeated motions, not just the electricity.  Tools like this one have been around longer than the electric ones, and there's a reason for that.
