It seems more like a secondary application of moisturizer than it is a makeup primer. I have normal to combo skin with dry patches around my nose and mouth. best primer I've ever used
I initially received this as a free sample in one of the Ulta GWP and quickly bought full size after than ran out. I will NEVER use another primer. Prior to this I had used the Elf power grip, the Tarte hydrating primer, Milk primer, you name it. This wins BAR NONE. Makes my beat last all day without looking cakey, dried out, pore-y, etc. I usually do not buy products with fragrance, but this has a very light scent I'm obsessed with. Don't sleep on this
