Love Tatcha Products, this is no exception
I typically have gone with the POREfessional primer cause it goes on the skin soft but I have issues with product build up. Tatcha is a bit more sticky at first and dries to a nice finish with makeup. Never had an issue with it balling up with my moisturizer
Taking it back
My daughter came home with this and couldnt wait for us to try it. Right away she noticed it didnt mix well with her makyand it started to look cakey on her face, i then tried it and the white tent it left pn my face changed the trxture of my make up as well. We both wear different foundation, she wears Lancome and i wear Fenty it doesnt mix well with either. Before trying this product we were using elf super grip primer and never had this issue.
I heard this was the holy grail for mature skin.
They lied. Im 43 years old with pretty prominant genetic smile lines (everyone on my moms side has them) and i offen try to find a decent primer that will compliment my skincare and work on my dry skin. I read articles saying this stuff was IT for older chicks like me. Save your money. There are cheaper and more comperable things that give you more for your money. I have only been using this since it was released at Ulta, but so far im not impressed nor is my dry skin. Its just Okay.
Perfect primer
I just used this for the first time last week and I LOVE it! I dont know what the deal is about the "slight tint" people are talking about. Yes, it does have the tint but you cant even see it when applied like the instructions say….one pump for your entire face. It totally disappears, leaving your skin soft, primed, and ready for makeup! Foundation and concealer go on so much smoother and lasts all day long. Gives a soft matte finish with minimal shine all day. This is for sure a keeper and I will continue to use!
