Formulated Without

Swirl a powder brush over the powder. Tap off the excess. Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.

I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder. I decided to try this on a whim. I have textured dry skin with some fine lines. This one has a slight color, with multiple different shades. It would work well for someone without texture I believe. It just wasn't the same as my HG HD setting powder with the black top.
