this product works great , especially if youre on the go and need a bit of relief from your pains and cramps !!
On the Go necessity
Last week I got my period out of the blue while I was in the office. I have seriously bad cramps and midol doesn't cut it. Thankfully, i had one of these in my bag. I was able to apply it under my jeans and it help keep the cramps at bay for over 6 hours. Instant heat. My only con was it wasn't heat adjustable to make it even warmer. I am keeping these in my purse from now until after menopause just in case!!
