    Asked by DivaDC

Ash Brown is recommended for Brown to Black hair with cool tones and Light to Deep skin tones. We would recommend Chocolate for Dark Brown hair with warm tones in both skin and hair with Light to Med skin tones. Once the brows have been filled and defined, apply the shimmer end of Highlighting Duo Pencil under the brow from arch to tail. Using the matte end apply Highlighting Duo Pencil from the front to the tail end, covering the shimmer. Was this answer helpful to you
