Amazing for dry hair
There is a minimal clean light scent that does not smell bad in any way. The scent is hardly noticeable. It improves the moisture level, heals my dry tangled hair and soothes my itchy dry scalp. My hair feels light and soft after. For extremely dry hair, you will probably still need a conditione...

Not a fan of the new formula
I've been a loyal Verb Hydrating Shampoo/Conditioner girlie for several years. I have fine hair that gets oily very quickly and this was a great shampoo to use for everyday/everyother day washes and was amazing at getting product build up out of my hair while also keeping it hydrated. The old scent ...

Disappointed
Wanted to love this shampoo/conditioner because it smells amazing. I have thin, fine hair and after using this shampoo and conditioner, my hair feels dirty, dry and is a tangled mess. It took me almost an hour in the shower to detangle my hair as opoosed to my hair rinsing well and feeling smooth after using biolage within minutes. Disappointed that I bought the bigger size thinking I was going to love it.
Does the opposite of claim
I was concerned about my hair until i reslized this shampoo was cause of my recent dry and hay like texture. The non-scent has a scent and its lovely, but that's it. SKIP! Wish j could return
Burns eyes and strips hair
Haven't had a shampoo burn my eyes in decades, but this sure did. Not a slight sting but a full on, get this off my face burn. Rinsing left my hair feeling stripped and stringy. Didnt help the frizz. All around fail. So happy it was a sample and didnt waste cash.
Pretty good
my hair was dry and damaged from bleaching so I bought this whole product line in desperation. my hair is a lot softer and shinier now, thankfully
It's an "alright" shampoo
Pretty sure the formula changed because of the ingredients (butylphenyl methylpropianol) which was ousted with the former Olaplex fiasco. Several brands have reformulated. Anyhow, I love the smell and wish it was actually more pronounced. However, it doesnt lather well and it takes a lot for my hair to "feel" clean.
