- Official Answer By Virtue - Brand EngageHi, Virtue Recovery Shampoo uses sulfate-free lathering agents and can be emulsified into a thick lather. It's also highly concentrated. Use half as much as you would normally use, lather into a paste, add a few drops of water at a time as you build the foam. It deeply cleanses and rinses clean when you do this. If you don't you'll simply waste some of it's potential and have to work harder to fully rinse it out.Was this answer helpful to you

I struggled with a shelf full of shampoo and conditioner set, my bathroom shelf shows it. Nothing has worked as well as Virtue to keep it smooth, soft and manageable. I noticed right away that the drain contained a whole lot less broken pieces of hair in the drain. I have a full line of products and get nervous when one is getting low. Never without. Was introduced to me by my stylist Trish Brennan, and I continue to order, and it's been a couple of years. I even got my daughter to try it, and she is way pickier than I could ever be with her gorgeous hair. Thanks Trish for my introduction.
