My daughter and I have been on a hair care mission for about 2 years now. She has frizzy coarse hair that we are trying to figure out how to control. I had high hopes for this mask (as I do all of them) but it didnt make a difference. I suppose her hair was easier to brush from the tangles. But it was not smoother, it did not have more shine and it did not soften the texture. I don't recommend.

I love this. I use 1-2x per week. I use it after I color my hair and it provides a lot of moisture. I also use after a clarifying shampoo. My hair is wavy to curly. 2a/2b. I do highly recommend this product.

absolutely recommend if you have coarse hair
I have coarse frizzy hair and I've used many hair masks trying to find the perfect one, and this is the one that did the trick. It has the consistency of body lotion, but doesn't weigh my hair down. I had highlights for about 5 years and this made sure that my hair didn't turn into a bird's nest. Now that my hair is back to it's original color, I use it after using a clarifying shampoo.
