Not sure if it's just me but it does not glide on eyelid or under eye. Seems to be smooth at first then goes on spotty. I'm a fan of this product line so I thought it would be perfect.

I'm always on the lookout for the perfect eyeliner for tightlining, and I think I've found it! Went on smoothly and precisely where I wanted it, and stayed on all day (12 hrs) with NO smudging or transferring to the bottom lid. Not even a hint of transfer. Perfect. Just needs more colors, like a green and a purple!
