Really impressed me! Brow side is my fave, but love both!

I received this for free in exchange for my honest review. This comes packaged in kind of blister packaging that has cardboard backing with plastic over the front so you can see the tool inside. It is made in China. The tool is plastic. The center is black with "Revlon" in red. Each end has a pl...astic cover. I like there's covers over both ends. A lot of tools like these I've gotten in the past didn't have covers. This is dual-ended. One end is for lashes and one end is for brows. Both ends are red plastic. The lash side is similar to other lash combs. This has like 2 layers of the teeth. They're placed closely together but kind of separated. It allows me to get my lashes really well. I've had mixed experiences with lash tools like this. Sometimes the teeth are too close together to even get my lashes easily, and sometimes they're too far apart to do anything really useful. The teeth on this being how they are, I'm able to get my lashes easily and it does a really good job separating them (without separating them too much where they look spidery or squished together) and gets any clumps out. I also like it's plastic. I wasn't sure I would. But it isn't as sharp as the metal ones, so I feel better about getting so close to my eyes with it! The brow side is interesting. It isn't the typical spoolie style. it's a brush that has a slight curve to it. It has little teeth that do a good job of brushing my brows and laying them down. My brow hairs aren't thick but they aren't thin either. Some spoolies don't do a good job getting every brow hair and I have to go over the same area a few times to get them brushed. This brow brush works great. It gets every hair easily. It also works great to use to flatten my brows more after I use a clear gel. I don't like the glued to my forehead kind of brow look. But, my brow hairs grow down and when I use brow gel, I need to brush them into place a little up and to the side and need them to get pressed down well enough so they stay put, but not so pressed down where they look glued to my forehead. This brow brush does a good job of doing that for me. I can apply light pressure and get the brow hairs to stay put after I apply clear brow gel (before it sets in place) and the brows are in place but look natural (not like they're glued to my forehead). But, if I apply a little more pressure, the brow hairs would stick to my forehead more. So you can also do that if it's a look you like. Overall, I'm really impressed with this tool! I honestly wasn't expecting much. I didn't think it would be too different from most lash combs and brow tools I've tried, but it is! The lash comb works a lot better for me than the other ones I've tried in the past (basic straight teeth - both plastic and metal ones). It just does a really good job of getting clumps and separating my lashes enough without squishing them together or separating them too much. The brow brush is my favorite part! It works great! I can get my brow hairs exactly where I want them without having to fuss too much. I can get a natural look like I want or I can get more of a laminated look if I wanted. And it's really easy to clean. Basic spoolies aren't hard to clean, but this just seems a little easier. I give it 5 stars!
