Apply a thin layer of eye primer, ensuring all lashes are evenly coated. Wait on average 60 seconds for the primer to become tacky but not fully dry before applying your favorite mascara on top. Work mascara through lashes until white primer base has been fully covered.

I love using this lash primer! It adds the perfect amount of length to my lashes. Just wait a few seconds for it to semi dry before applying mascara.
Great product
I like this product better than the more expensive eyelash primers I've used in the past. My eyelashes are nice and thick. No clumping. I am always pleasantly surprised by how well the Ulta line of makeup holds up to more expensive brands. Definitely recommend this.
