My hair is dry and thin and frizzes easily. Received a sample with my order and I loved it. I work from home so after a shower hair usually ends up in a bun to dry. This product was sent to me as complimentary for testing purposes. I did not like the shampoo. My hair felt dry and weird once I was done finishing it out. So far it's working pretty good you didn't have the shampoo I wanted so I thought I'd give this a try.
Genuinely so disappointing
While I'm glad to know I'm not alone in having a hard time getting this product out of the bottle, my biggest complaint is that it somehow made my hair feel dry and oily at the same time. There was a waxy cast on my hair as it dried that lasted into the next day and I have never had a shampoo cause that issue. Once you get a decent amount of product out of the bottle, good luck getting it to lather. With no hate to Drybar, this might be the worst shampoo I've ever used.
Great product, bad packaging
The bottle itself makes it hard to get the product out. I've splurged for the jumbo size with a pump but i wish the smaller sizes came with a pump instead. Other than that it is great.

Great. But…
If you can get it out of the bottle, its great. But I had to take the entire lid off every time I used it. Its too thick to squeeze out. If you're ok with that, it smells great and works fine.
