I was pleasantly surprised when trying No 7 Menopause Skin Instant Cooling Mist. It calmed my skin immediately, left me feeling cool and refreshed and lasted a long time. If you're struggling with the effects of menopause, try this, you won't be disappointed!

I was somewhat skeptical about this product when I heard about it, but it really does help. I'm going through peri-menopause now and I have the embarrassing sweats frequently, around my face and chest area. These are the areas I found No7 Menopause Skin-Cooling Mist to be really beneficial. I was sent this product in order to give my honest opinions. I really like the spray bottle this product is in. I can put it in my purse, keep it in my car, or place it on my nightstand at night. Where ever I am I can cool down more quickly from a hot flash. I even took this to my chemotherapy treatments. Since this is mainly water and works about the same as water I would just refill this bottle with water to keep on hand. This would have to be offered at a very low price for me to buy it instead of using just water in a spray bottle. I would recommend this product to friends and family although I would also let them know if they want to save a few dollars just get a spray bottle and place water inside for spraying.
