I think this waver works well, but you have to make sure you line it up properly as you move down your hair sections otherwise your waves can turn out funky. Didn't wave my hair at all just left it dry and frizzy and burnt. And due to not having any idea what temperature it's on it literally burnt the hair dye off of my hair. I had dark raspberry dye on my blonde hair and the pieces I waved are now a burnt lilac purple. I used heat protectant and it ruin...

Not worth it.
If you have thick hair, this is not for you. It doesnt get hot enough, it makes me hand cramp while using it & it is way too heavy. If you section your hair into very thin pieces, it works well, but too uncomfortable to use.

Works very well
This Bed Head Waver was easy to use and it is not heavy. I have a lot of hair and have to wave it in sections. My arms did not get tired from holding it. I like that after it cools off you can lock the plates together for easy storage. If you have trouble with frizz, it's not because of this tool. You need to blow dry with a good styling cream. Then you need to spray a heat protectant that has hold before you wave each section. If you have flyaways, use a tiny amount of hair oil to smooth them down. Those thing will what keep you from having frizz.
