Nice but strong smell

This cream is very light and feels nice on the skin. The only problem is the smell. To some it might be nice but it is very strong. I don't know what they've used in it for the smell but I can't use it as even when it's dry on my face the smell is still there. So unfortunately I can't use it.
It flakes when used with other skin care products

I've been using it for a week now since it arrived and I've noticed it flakes every time. I originally used it as the final step on top of my already established skin routine, because it was pilling I then switched to using it as the first step and it kept pilling. I tried it by itself, allowed 20 minutes for my skin to absorb and then applied your makeup primer- it didn't flake on its own but the moment I used the primer it started to crumble. Is this product not supposed to be used as part of a routine? I'm very disappointed as the face cream is not cheap and this hasn't happened with other brands at similar price range.
New Formula is terrible!
I used original formula for years and loved the results it provided, but the new formula (c. early 2024) is awful. The scent is bad and the pilling is ridiculous. "If it's not broken ...." I won't be purchasing it again; it's very expensive and now that it peels off it's a waste of money.
Don't like new formula

I made several purchases of the old formula and packaging and loved it. This new formula is awful. It pills up on my skin and I always have to wipe off part of it with a wet towel. It also smells awful. The other formula was light and airy. The packaging is also shady. The narrow opening seems to be designed so that you really can't get all of the product out of the container. Unfortunately, I purchased 2 jars and won't even finish the first one. They're both going in the trash. I won't be buying again.
