Lather a quarter size amount in palms and mix with lukewarm water to create a foam. Gently massage all over skin (making sure to keep eyes closed) for at least a minute and rinse. For an even deeper clean, repeat. Can be used both AM and PM.

When I first got this I LOVED this because it fully cleansed my skin but didn't strip it. Sometimes facial cleansers feel like they don't do anything at all, while others strip your skin but this worked so well for me. When I first got this I LOVED this because it fully cleansed my skin but didn't strip it. Sometimes facial cleansers feel like they don't do anything at all, while others strip your skin but this worked so well for me. Fast forward a couple of months and I notice some darker good in the cap. Around the same time, I start to get allergic reactions on my face and eyelids. I don't think too much of it but started to notice a pattern of when I stopped using it the allergic reactions would subside and disappear but when I would start it up again red, scaly and itchy spots would pop up on my eyelids and cheeks all over again. It's the only product that I change the frequency of and the symptoms align exactly when I start/stop using it. I'm pretty sure the blck good was actually mold since I'm sensitive to it :/ Whether there's something wrong the cap, or something wrong with the formula or maybe user error (maybe my bathroom is more humid? although no other product has done this before), this is definitely the cause of my issues. So sad because the product worked so well for me initially.
