Useless Applicator
As others have noted, you cannot get anything out of the applicator bottle. I've pressed so hard on it to get the product out to no avail! It's useless and is going back. I am a loyal Londontown user but this product does not come out! I couldn't tell you if the product inside of it was good or not. Hopefully, our feedback will get back to them to fix the issue.
Bad application
I was super excited about this product. However, after several attempts, wasn't able to get any of the product out with the roll-on applicator.
Could have been a home run
I am a big Londontown fan, so I had to get this when I saw it. The oil is fine overall, and the lavender scent is lovely. The problem is that the rollerball is plastic and too tightly fitted so you have to press hard to get even the tiniest amount of oil out. The sensorial experience of plastic rubbing on plastic while rolling with lots of pressure is just awful. I'll go back to my regular oil. Hope they will fix the next batch! This component is not it.
Sticky
I really thought i would like this a lot, but it feels pretty sticky once you apply this.
Deep hydration
I have tried many cuticle oils, balms, creams, etc. I do like this one, its super hydrating so great for overnight. It is a bit of a splurge as far as cuticle oil goes though.
