Doesn't appeal to eyeliner or eyebrows
Today I bought this product from a dollar tree in Vegas and I was greatly disappointed, because I tried to do my eyeliner and it didn't look like the color the pencil depicted. And I tried it as a eyebrow pencil and it still didn't look like the pigment that was shown on the bottom of the pencil.

Loved this liner in black and brown, but tried it in charcoal gray and never looked back. This color is ideal for my fair skin and blue eyes as daily wear. If only I had matching mascara (**hint-hint).

Smudges like crazy
Bought this for my tightline and within 15 minutes I looked like a racoon. I was shocked as this has never happened with any other eyeliner. It also feels so dry to put it on and does not glide on easily. My least favorite elf purchase ive ever made. 0/10
