The original Revlon one step styler was perfect in every way except that it gets VERY hot. I was so excited to try the "upgraded" version that had more heat settings. I love it…2nd one I've bought!
I recently had to replace my first Revlon brush due to having it for four years and using it every day. Now I will say it does have a plastic smell when you first turn it on, but that goes away in seconds. I have very fine hair and this hairdryer brush gives me a lot more volume and it dries my hair quick. I have no complaints and I love it. I will definitely keep buying this brand. I've tried other brands even the high-end and they broke. I had a lot of hair breakage so I had to go back to my Revlon hair dryer brush. I definitely recommend it!

I recently pulled this product out to use, and within the first minute or two of using it, the brush made a shorting noise, began to smell, and the power lowered. I unplugged it and plugged it in again, only for the issues to continue. I reached out to Revlon in hopes of obtaining a replacement. After taking photos and submitting all of the information (via their online form AND email), they declined to provide a replacement because I discarded the item and could not slice open the wiring to send them more photos. This has been disappointing - it was hardly used, had an electrical issue, and when I was even willing to try the product again, I had to jump through hoops and was still denied a replacement. I won't buy Revlon products anymore if they won't back their products (let alone the potential electrical defects). I'm seeing others' reviews of a similar experience. It's a shame because Revlon is such a legacy brand.

Broke during the second use, im past the return or exchange time. A complete wastw of money
I've used the product twice so far
After using it twice, I absolutely love it. The noise sounds just like a hairdryer. It works really well. I don't really have any complaints. I will update a couple months from now if it breaks.
