    How To Use

    For a winged liner look:

    • Glide the pencil from the inner corner across your eyelid.
    • Draw a diagonal line reaching upward to the end of your eyebrow.
    • Fill in the outline.
    • Use a cotton bud and makeup remover to correct any mistakes.

    For a smoky eye:

    • Draw a thick line across your eyelid.
    • Smudge the edges using your finger.
    • Avoid making the color sheer and less intense.
    • Press desired pigment onto the blackened lid and diffuse the color into the contour of the eye.
    • Glide the liner along the lower lid and blend the color using your fingertip.

    For a messy look:

    • Glide the pencil along the lower lash line.
    • Squint eyes together to transfer the liner to top lash line.
    • Repeat until desired level of definition is achieved.
    • Use your finger to smudge the liner along the bottom lash line.

For those of us who have searched forever…

I have searched for 40, yes 40, years for an eyeliner that is both malleable and permanent. Yes, when you first put it on its creamy, so it is easy to work with - but don't be fooled! Once set, it's SET. This stuff doesn't go anywhere. Its black is pitch black and saturated. Its coverage is complete...

    I wanted to love this..

So as soon as i took it out of the package, i noticed it was pretty soft, almost too soft for an eyeliner to work without it smushing. And what happened? Before i could even try it, it broke. Like the whole tip broke off. So as much as i hated to waste that much product since i couldnt use it, i dec...

Nice, but not really worth it

I fell into the hype of this eyeliner for my waterline and although it does feel and look nice it does not last all day, after about an hour or two it will start to kinda come off and you'll have to re apply. It's just not worth the price

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Love Pat Mcgrath eyeliners. They stay on all day. It sets quickly, so if you want to get a blurred, smudged look, you need to not let it set. Only drawback, is sometimes the tip will break, so you need to work at a 45° angle when applying it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

    It's Soft For A Reason

This ain't your grandma's liner that's been sitting at the bottom of her bathroom drawer for the last 30 years. This is how eyeliner *should* work. If you're used to harder liners that you have to *drag and pull* across your lashline, this liner is nothing like that. It is soft so you can have an easier time applying the liner instead of fighting with it. If you watch her promo material, the artist never applies the liner straight on; its always at an angle. Learn to use the correct technique instead of assuming the issue is with the product. Once applied, it sets within a minute or DOES. NOT. BUDGE.
