For eyeshadow lovers
This is the best primer I have ever used. I am someone that loves eyeshadow like it's 2016. It's a white base so it makes the colors pop and stays in place all day, and I mean all day. I have oily eyelids but I don't experience any creasing with this.
Love
I love this base. Holds my shadow extremely well. Has a white tint so it cancels out veins and makes my shadows brighter and the pigment show up better. Easy to blend out. Less is more. And its inexpensive which makes it even better.
Pretty Good
I actually like this relatively well. I never tried the previous iteration of the Ulta eye primer so I can't compare them but this one has a slightly tacky finish and a light tint and my eyeshadow adheres to it nicely.
Terrible for minimalist who only wants to wear eyeliner
Makes your skin WHITE. I only use it to cover my lid to keep my eyeliner from smudging on my upper lid. I went in to my local Ulta and they did not have the matte eye primer in stock. So she ordered me this. I'm going to ask for my money back. BAD.
Gee, Thanks for discontinuing products for things like this.
This product isn't it. It doesnt apply as smoothly or even last half as long as what they've gone ahead to discontinue. Ulta couldn't be bothered to keep the matte (nude color) eyeshadow primer, which actually worked wonderfully. Instead we have this, which is designed to let colors pop, and the alternative product looks to be an primer with a tint of metallic color. Not everyone wants this, the neutral matte worked for so many different reasons, and likely would have been flexible with upcoming trends.
