THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE RECALLED
I bought this cream while on a random trip to Ulta. I also bought the eye cream. After using just three days in a row (morning and night) I woke up with an awful rash!! It felt like I had rug burns!!! I got up and looked in the mirror and I was horrified to see my face with this rash! I quickly washed it and applied Aquaphor ointment lightly to my entire face. It took a couple days to go away. In the meantime, I looked at the reviews. To my shock, so many people had the same issue. So i took the products back to Ulta, and I described what happened. I also suggested that they pull the products from the shelves. It went in one ear and out the other of the sales associate who helped me return the products. I don't understand that but oh well. I certainly don't recommend these products and they should be recalled.

I do like this new formula but I miss the old formula badly. I do love the way my skin looks with this one but the old formula felt much richer and better on my skin. And I think my skin looked better too. I also received the Night a Mins cream as a gwp and let me tell you I LOVE the feel of that cream! Just the richness my skin needs! But I need the lifting and firming of the plantscription line!

I have been using the Plantscription - Lifting + Firming Cream at night time for many years. I have been extremely disappointed with the product recently - the texture of the cream is very watery and light. The cream is not as thick and rich as it previously was. Unfortunately, I am going to have to look for another product.

I have been using the Powerful Lifiting Cream for years and years since it first came into the shops and it was absolute THE perfect face cream. Now you have changed it to the lifting and firming cream - a watery weird cream which is absolutely nothing like Powerful Lifiting Cream - and it just doesn't work. Why do you keep doing this?? Origins had the best products for almost every concern and one by one you've changed them to something really not good and forced your customers to look elsewhere for a replacement. I don't understand it. PLEASE bring the original Powerful Lifiting Cream back!! (And while you're at it also the starting over-line, the plantscription hand cream, the body scrubs and all the other ace products you've removed from your brand)
