Shake well. Dispense desired amount into palm of hand. Apply evenly throughout towel-dried hair focusing on roots for maximum plumping effect. Style as desired.

I have straight, fine, lower back length with layering, highlight/low lighted hair. I wash it at night, air dry, and use either a curling iron, or hot rollers in the morning to give it life. I have damage, but when it's styled it looks healthy, and shiny. I use quite a bit of hairspray and would like to not have too. If I use this product at night, and blow dry roots only, should I use a texture spray, or taffy 13, before curling it, or after? Should I do both? I like volume, and would like to cut back on hairspray to get movement.

I have very thick, very straight, hair, so I don't need "thickening," but I do need something strong enough to give my hair volume. This mousse is very stiff going on and can provide the lift I need, but once my hair is dried and styled there's no stiffness or crunchiness whatsoever. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but it's the best styling product I have ever used.
