I never had issues with this product until the new version came. A month after i bought it… it became watery and i had to toss it out

Great shampoo
Love how this shampoo makes my hair feel! Shiny and bouncy and smells good. However, I do use a really good conditioning balm (biologe) and the leave in 10 potion conditioner! Been hooked for years. Long thick blond color treated hair.
Wanted to love it
I wanted to love it so bad. I love the regular it's a ten silk express line, and I bought this line instead of the silk express with the hopes it would soften my hair. Unfortunately, it ruined my hair :/. I've been on a hair journey to grow long, strong, shiny, glass hair, and I was on the right track, and then I used this shampoo and now my hair looks so fried, unhealthy, and dry! I don't want to use any it's a ten products after this experience! The dandruff flakes and irritation on my scalp are uncomfortable and unreal! I can't even brush my hair with a stiff brush without my scalp being uber sensitive. This line (shampoo + conditioner) has killed my hair to an almost hopeless point; my hair is down to my butt, and I've tried SO hard to take care of it, SO hard, and this just ruined all my progress and I don't even know where to start to fix it. Think twice before buying!

Absolutely love this shampoo! I have blonde(color treated) fine hair but lots of it and this shampoo leaves my hair feeling healthy and conditioned without being weighed down. I bought the conditioner, the leave in treatment and the masque. It's pricey but worth every penny.
