3years of constant use
Hydration without the oilness! Smooth and creamy feeling! Helps with skin barrier repair and if you use a bunch of acids this will help with dryness. Definitely use Vinfiera oil if you're dry. Just make sure its not chunky exchange it if it is.
I would buy this product again.

Did the formula change?
I have used this cleanser for about a year and it is fabulous for folks like myself with red undertone, sensitive skin and very calming. However I have had to return the last two bottles to Ulta as the formula is now gritty vs the gentle creamy cleanser. I'm not sure if the manufacturer changed the formula but it is much harsher. At first I thought it may have been a formulation error and a one off issue but now having returned twice it seems to not be the case. Very disappointing as this cleanser was one of the only options that worked for my sensitive skin. I sent Juice information with the lot and or code on the bottom too but they were unresponsive. Luckily Ulta has a great return policy as that is where I purchase this product.

Lavender allergy

I love that this is a makeup remover and facial cleanser in one but just realized that one of the ingredients in the Prebiotix Cleansing Cream is lavender. I'm highly allergic and couldn't figure out why I was feeling a burning sensation when using this. For those of us with lavender allergy or even sensitivity please bring back the Cleansing Milk formula in the larger bottle! I love Juice Beauty and the Cleansing Milk has been my go to for years. I really hope it's not being discontinued.
