I was so excited to try this eye mask after reading such good reviews on websites and blogs. I just opened the brand new jar and... this doesn't look right. Is this really all the product that comes in this jar? It's too expensive to get this little amount of product! I buy a LOT of beauty products ...

Horrible! Evaporates in jar!
Although I love Elemis face creams, thus eye cream is horrible. It's expensive and the problem with it. Is it dries up and evaporates in the jar so the product disappears. Don't waste your money. I contacted Elemis and they would do nothing.

I bought this on a cruise ship and it has caused red, puffy , dry itchy problems around my eyes and now I cant return it .It was a 2 pack set including pro collagen vital eye cream , and both cause the same problems. Definitely a waste of money , very disappointing .

On a recent cruise, I had a facial. The technician used this product on my eyes. While it was on it felt cool. The next morning, my eyelids were puffy, extremely red and terribly itchy. The rash lasted two weeks. Dermatologist said the product caused contact dermatitis on my eyes.
