Official Answer By The Good Patch - Brand Engage
We're glad you reached out and happy to share that all of The Good Patch patches work steadily and consistently over an 8-12 hour period. This means a steady and sustained benefit! You should start to feel the effects within 20-30 minutes. Yes, you can wear the patches daily! If you are using daily, we suggest that you switch up where you apply them so as to avoid the risk of aggravating your skin. Was this answer helpful to you

Depends on your sensitivity

I believe the effectiveness of this patch depends on your sensitivity to plant medicine. If Sleepy Time tea works on you, and Goldenseal with Echinacea greatly reduces your cold symptoms, then these should work wonders. I was honestly surprised at how fast and effective this patch was. I am moving t...

I wanted to love them

I wanted to love them. I purchased the stay awake, dream, calm, and hot flash patches for my first order. I tried the stay awake and dream patches twice, and noticed absolutely no difference with or without the patch. Three out of four times the patches did not stay in place and ended up on other pa...

Rash Central

I've tried a few of The Good Patch products, some of them I like. These I've tried a few times, and gotten the same response every time. As soon as I put the patch on, it itches. Not terribly, but enough. Both times I've tried this before bed, I've felt less relaxed and wasn't able to sleep. When I took it off in the morning (which hurts like taking off a band aid btw) its left an itchy rash on my wrist for days. Wanted to like this, but have consistently gotten bad results. Also expensive for what it is- just take some melatonin.

Doesn't work

I bought three types of these patched, this one included and I really wanted to like them but honestly I don't think they did a thing. I didn't feel more relaxed or like anything had changed. Also, the patch leaves a residue and the last 2-3 times I used it, in the middle of the night they would peel up, like a edge or seomthing and it would either end up bunched up and off my wirst on a pillow, of sheet, or I'd feel it and it would be this dticky mess that I'd then have to get up and throw up away in the middle of the night actually making my sleep worse. For that reason I wouldn't recommend any of them. They're also kind of expensive for how many you get. Overall, not a fan.

Don't buy!

I bought this because I suffer from anxiety and mind is always racing. Instead I got physically sick. Nausea, bad stomach pains. I thought it wasnt the patch until i tried it again days later and got the same result. When you try to rip the patch off it's extremely sticky and hurts to take off. It will leave residue on your skin or even stain it that yellow color that you have to scrub off

This product sat on my skin no longer than five minutes and caused contact dermatitis. Just be careful about what you put on your skin.
