I felt like i was using the restroom alot more and my hormonal acne got so much worse. I would not recommend this prodcut :/
Facility and how it's not FDA approved
On the back it says "Manufactured in a facility with peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish." These gummies should be free from nuts and shellfish, especially for the customers who have life threatening allergies. I believe it should be under the approval from the FDA.

I've been taking these for a solid month now, an for me it did nothing to my cycles .. i like it because it comes from clean ingredients!
