Retinal is one conversion step closer to retinoic acid than traditional retinol. We also contain 0.3% Ectoin: clinically proven to reduce irritation from using retinoids. - Q
Can this be used with a Vitamin C serum?
- Asked by AM
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello. It is recommended that you use Vitamin C products and retinoids in different routines to avoid sensitizing the skin. Many of our clients will use a vitamin C product in their morning routines and the Retinal For All Serum in the evening since retinoids are particularly UV sensitive. If you are using Vitamin C and Retinal please be sure to wear and reapply SPF during the day.Was this answer helpful to you

Is this product non- comedogenic?
- Asked by KP
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello! All Peach & Lily formulas are formulated to be noncomedogenic. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Would you recommend this as an OTC alternative to more powerful retinols/retinoids? Also, my main skincare concerns are even tone/brightness and fading dark spots from acne scars. Would you recommend this?
- Asked by shay-skincare
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello, Retinal (with an A) is considered more potent than retinol (with an O) because it only needs to go through one conversion step to become retinoic acid (the active form of vitamin A), while retinol needs to go through two steps, making retinal act faster and produce visible results quicker. Retinal is an excellent option for dark spots, tone, scaring as well as lines and wrinkles. Retinal is the best version of a retinoid you can get before a prescription. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Whats the difference between this and your lactic acid serum? Not sure which one to get
- Asked by Liv
- Official Answer By Peach & Lily - Brand EngageHello! The Power Cocktail Lactic Acid Serum works on the skin's surface to dissolve dead skin cells and promote collagen production. It can brighten the complexion and is considered a good alternative to retinol for people who can't use it every night or can't tolerate it. Lactic acid is also oil soluble, making it good for oily skin. The Retinal For All Renewing Serum works deeper into the skin to promote cell turnover and collagen production. It can help improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and firm and brighten the skin. Hope this helpsWas this answer helpful to you

Amazing! You just need to give it time to really work!
I've been using this retinal for 4 months, and I wanted to give it a real chance to see results before reviewing. I've tried to use retinols in the past, and have always eased into it gently using 1x a week for a month, then 2x, etc. I always ended up with an irritated skin barrier and had to back w...

Very yellow
Just to clarify, I adore Peach & Lily. I use the Glass Skin Routine Kit religiously (it's made my face SO HAPPY). But the Retinol for All seems to miss the mark compared to all their other products… simply because the product is so, so pigmented. No matter how much I rub it in, it looks like yellow ...

Holy Grail
It cleared up the uneven texture on my skin!
Rebuy for me
I have hormonal acne so it didnt completely rid me of deep acne but i did see visable improvements in my skin in all other ways. It lasts me around 3 months. I use only at night a pea size. Ive used it for 9 months now—it is a definite rebuy for me.
Seriously a new holy grail
This has made my skin so shiny, soft and bright. Seriously one of the best products I have ever used on my skin

This retinol is the best I've tried and held me wake up to beautiful skin.
It works

I have definitely seen a difference in the texture of my skin after a couple of months of using this serum. I started slow with one application per week, then two, and now I use it about every other night. My skin was slightly irritated the very first time, but has been fine since then. I'm going to try the lactic acid serum when this runs out and see which one I prefer.
